Can I Get A Gagworks.com Catalog?
No. We do not print a catalog. Since our product selection changes frequently and
to keep our prices low, we do not print catalogs. Check back often
as our online catalog is constantly being updated with new, fun

What Is Your Shipping Policies?
Fast Shipping:
GagWorks.com stocks 100% of the items we sell in our state of the
art distribution center located in Hartford, CT. All orders placed
before 12:01 pm EST (noon) Monday through Friday excluding holidays typically
ship the same business day. We ship with your choice of UPS or US Postal Service to assure safe,
dependable delivery in 1 to 5 days depending on your location. We
offer 2nd day air, and Next Day Air should you need your items even
faster.
US Postal Service First Class:
Transit Time : 3 to 7 Business Days
This option is only available to customers within the United States,
and where the order subtotal is less then $ 19.00. First Class shipping
is available for $ 4.99. First Class orders weighing less then 1
pound will qualify for first class shipping $ 4.99.
UPS Ground / US Postal Service Priority Mail
Transit Time:
1 to 5 Business Days
Available to customers within the United States, this is our standard shipping
method. Based on the weight, value and other geographic factors about your order,
your order will ship either Priority Mail from the Postal Service or UPS Ground
Service. Orders placed to APO's, or PO Box's will ship USPS.
*if you are unable to receive packages/mail at your physical street address then we will need your P.O. Box address for delivery or your package(s) will be returned to us.*
2nd Day Air
Delivery in 2 business days for orders placed before 3:00 pm EST. UPS 2nd Day
service does not include Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Cost of this service
is determined at checkout based on order weight, value, and delivery zip code.
Standard Overnight:
Delivery in 1 business days for orders placed before 3:00 pm EST. UPS Standard
Overnight service does not include Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Business delivery
is completed by 4:30 pm, and residential delivery is up to 7:00 pm. Cost of this
service is determined at checkout based on order weight, value, and delivery
zip code.
International Priority:
Delivery around the globe in 7 - 12 business days. Please see our list of countries
that we ship to below. Cost of this service is determined at checkout based on
order weight, value, and delivery zip code. International shipments are subject
to additional charges from your local customs / postal representatives for customs
taxes and/or duties.
US Postal Service International:
Countries in BLUE below will have an option at the check out for
shipping via US Postal Service International in addition to the UPS service.
US Postal Service International is sometimes lower in cost, but delivery times
vary from 7 to 21 business days.

Damaged or Defective Item
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, please use our contact us form to notify us. We will send you via email or US Postal Service a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item at no cost. Upon receipt of the item, we will replace it free of charge.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Should you not be 100% satisfied with any item* you receive you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.
- The item must be in the original manufacturers packaging.
- We do not reimburse shipping charges.
- Please include your order/invoice number on the outside of the package.

We recommend you

Items returned after 30 days from purchase will not be accepted.
* Due to the seasonally and nature of the item, we do not accept any returns on costumes.
All credits will be issued to the same credit card account used to make the purchase.
If the post office returns my package to you, will I be charged additional shipping to have it reshipped?
In the event your package is returned to us as unclaimed, undeliverable as addressed, attempted not known, etc. by the post office, you will be responsible for us to reship your package. If you wish to cancel your order due to this occurrence, you will only be refunded for the cost of the purchase price as we do not reimburse shipping charges. Unfortunately, we incur the shipping costs for outgoing packages and if they are returned to us in this manner, we incur additional charges for the return of your package to us.
How can I change my order after it is submitted?
If you have sent your order, call customer service immediately at 1-800-901-1163 during business hours or send a detailed email from our Contact Us help page and we will try our best to work with you in the changes needed to be made. You must provide your order number and/or name used for billing. *Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders.
How can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

What happens when I refuse an order ?
In the event the delivery is refused by your household or business, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a restocking fee. Unfortunately, when a delivery is refused, we are charged shipping charges by the carrier for the initial shipment to you, and then charged again for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Both shipping charges will be deducted from your initial order as well as 20% of the order subtotal as a restocking fee. The remainder of the order will then be refunded to your credit card or paypal account.
I entered a promotional code but it is not working.

Can I track/trace USPS First Mail?
According to the post office: According to the post office: Letter or packages sent via regular (First-Class Mail™) mail cannot be tracked or traced based on name and address. Due to the large volume of mail moving through the Postal system each day, it is impossible to trace a single piece of regular, or First-Class, mail.
