We know you're concerned about protecting your privacy online. So are we. At
Gag Works we treat your personal information (especially your payment
details) with the highest standards of safety, security and confidentiality. We
use Leaders in Security, Information and Privacy Protection which includes a 128
bit encryption SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for our site and its transactions.
Our Pledge to You, Our Customer
Gag Works respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan any
identifiable information regarding its customers to any third party. Any
information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not

specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such

Gag Works with updates on
sales, promotions and hot new products, you must subscribe. You can subscribe to
the Gag Works newsletter using a link on the home page or when you create
an account during the checkout process. You can also sign when you enter into a
sweepstakes. To update or cancel your subscription to our newsletter, please
check your welcome or recent contact from our company; at the bottom of every
email there is a Manager Account Button or you may contact Guest Services to
have this taken care of.
Sweepstakes or Special Promotions
You may have noticed some of the sweepstakes or special promotions we feature at
Gag Works. If you want to participate, you must enter your name and e-mail
address. You can also enter the sweepstakes by regular mail. We use your e-mail
address to contact you only if you win the sweepstakes or for a special
promotion.

Gag Works Customer Services, we will use your name, e-mail
address, phone number and order history to answer your question or solve your
problem quickly.
Legal requests
We may release customer account or other information if we're advised that
release is necessary to comply with the law, or to protect the rights, property
and safety of Funantics Toys, our customers or others. This may include the
exchange of information with companies and organizations or law enforcement for
loss prevention and credit risk reduction.
Chargeback Disputes
If a dispute arises on behalf of the Customer or by the Customer we will release
all necessary information to close this dispute and find a quick and fair
resolution for all Chargeback Concerns.
Opt in and Opt Out Policy
All Material sent from our company or an affiliated company is authorized by the
receivers of the information (Opt In). The receiver of any information from our
company (non-order related) is able to request either electronically or by
contacting our customer service department to have all further contact ceased
(Opt Out).
Account Information
When placing an order you may be required to provide information related but not
limited to Contact, Billing, Shipping or Payment Details. This information is
kept secure and is never released to a third party or used for marketing
material without prior consent of receiver. To update this information at any
time you may login to your account and have this updated automatically.
Protecting Your Personal Information
Gag Works pledges a safe and worry-free shopping experience. We use the
industry standard for Internet security, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL 128-bit)
encryption to scramble your personal and credit card information as it travels
over the Internet during the checkout process. This encryption makes it
impossible for anyone to read your information in transit. We protect all of
your personal information, including your name, address, password AND credit
card information.
You will know you're in the "secure" area of our site when you notice that the
"http" portion of the site address in your browser changes to "https." The "s"
stands for "secure." In addition, both Netscape and Internet Explorer use
special symbols to indicate that you're in a Web site's secure area. (Earlier
versions of Netscape use a highlighted key. More recent versions of Netscape and
all versions of Internet Explorer show a closed, highlighted lock.) Some
browsers let you know that you're moving in or out of a secure area by notifying
you with a special pop-up window that requires you to click "ok" before

Protecting your credit card information
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL 128-bit) encryption scrambles your credit card number
when you submit your order, making it completely unreadable as it travels over
the Internet. Your card information is then stored in our systems securely and
never in full form. Passwords to these systems are changed on a rotating basis
and are granted on an as needed basis.
Privacy Protection for Children
We are committed to protecting children and their privacy.
Gag Works is committed to the privacy of all of its visitors under the age
of 18 Years as well. Our company is dedicated to Fun and Safety and is themed
for all ages. Products dedicated to specific ages will be noted in the
description of the product or in a dedicated area.
No information is gathered about children on our site or of their shopping or
searching habits and no information will be requested nor will be provided to
our company. Parental Consent applies to all orders and information provided to
our company and should be done so by the parent or guardian.
All submissions through our site(s) whether it be transactions, questions,
subscriptions, forms and other methods of communication to our company is
suggested to be used by anyone that is of legal age to be deemed an Adult. If
the person using these methods does not fall under the classification of Adult;
they then must have permission from a Parent or Guardian before contacting or
requesting services from our company. All Transactions or Purchases of Products
and Services must be made by Adults.
Use of Information
Our company recommends that if you are providing information on behalf of a
child, that you use the child's parent or guardian's e-mail address and that you
have the permission of that child's parent or guardian. This is to be applied to
anyone under the age of 13. If the child is over the age of 13 and is still a
child then Parent or Guardian Consent must be given.
Parental Consent with

We require that children talk with their parents before providing any data about
themselves, their purchasing profile, and their families. Our goal is to offer a
fun and safe environment for all ages. All orders Online, Phone, Mail and Fax
should have the Parents' permission prior to the making of any purchase from
Gagworks.com. We make every effort to update the minimum age requirements set
forth on all products. We sometimes will up the minimum age if we feel that it
is not at an appropriate level, even if the manufacturer has set a lower age. We
also require that all items noted with an "18 or Over" to order or that is
listed as an "Adult" item not be ordered unless you are at least of that age or
older and if it is a Gift it is to be given to that age or older; parental
consent in that case can not be provided; the purchaser must be over 18 and
proof may be requested on those marked products. We ask that all consent
questions be forwarded by the parent or guardian to our company and that if
parent is allowing child to use services on our site or submitting information
then consent in writing and proof may also be required.
Ordering with Our Company
All Orders placed with our site or company must have the direct consent of a
legal guardian or parent for any child under the age of 18 to place an order
with our site. We require that children consult with their parent or guardian
before providing any data about themselves, their purchasing profile, and their
