We've worked to create a fast, efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly, at the lowest possible cost.  Most orders are processed and shipped out Same Day.  Please see the charts below for more shipping options.
 

Order Processing and Shipping
When you choose your shipping method during checkout, we'll estimate the delivery time frame that will occur after processing your order. We base the date range we give you on the estimated processing time and the shipping method you choose.

You can also use this formula to determine when your order will arrive:

Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Transit/Shipping Time
= Estimated Total Delivery Time

Processing Time = the amount of time it takes from the moment you submit your order until we place it on a truck for shipment. This is indicated as "usually ships" time on every product description. Processing time may vary, based on the size and availability of your item.

Shipping Time
= depends on the shipping method you choose. Please see the chart below for estimated shipping times.

Total Delivery Time
= the amount of time it takes from the moment you submit your order until the packages arrive at the selected destination.

  • Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time.

  • If you place an express order after 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, we may begin processing it on the next business day.

  • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time applies to in-stock products only (not special orders or backorders).

  • If we have to review an order for security reasons, that review may affect the Estimated Processing Time.

  • Payment type may affect the length of your processing time; i.e. echeck payments, paypal payments, etc.

  • We can't guarantee Estimated Shipping Times. Those are determined by the specific carrier.

  • Someone must be there to accept your package, unless we have confirmed by phone or email that we have provided a signature release on your order, please note we may need a faxed signed copy authorizing this request.

  • Signatures for packages could be required based on our internal processing of orders, please have an adult available to sign for your package.

  • If you are shipping to a PO Box, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii your order may be delayed an additional 24 hours for order lead time and your transit time is not guaranteed and is based on the carrier and your location.

  • All Shipping Requests are considered Requests and unless offered on our site as an option for shipping, may not be completed. We will do what we can to meet all Requests for shipping deadlines or shipping methods. This is something to think about when placing your order; choose the right shipping method to ensure delivery.
  • Peak Seasons and Holidays - During peak seasons and Holidays please order early to ensure delivery by your required date.  Processing times are increased during these time periods.

What is availability and how does it affect shipping?

Availability is a term that describes how long it will take for us to get an item once you place your order. However, this time frame does not include how long it will take for our company to deliver the item to you. 

At Gag Works, items are available based on one of the time frames listed below:

  • In Stock: These are items that are in our warehouse and ready to be shipped to you immediately. We understand the importance of birthday and holiday deadlines, so all of products are usually classified as In Stock.

  • Special Orders:  These will be quoted based on availability in our warehouse and average between 1 - 2  Weeks. 
     

  • Larger Quantity Orders:  Many items are stocked in bulk to process and ship the orders without delay. Our goal is to ensure that every customer has an equal opportunity to purchase our items.  We sometimes have to take larger than normal quantity orders and turn these into special orders that will increase processing time and normal lead times as stated above under special orders. 
     

  • Backorder or Available Soon Items: If you run across these words on products in place of the buy now buttons. This means that it is currently out-of-stock and will be available soon or we are updating the product information such as new pictures or pricing.


What are my shipping options outside the United States ?


International orders are accepted on our site, please choose the appropriate country and shipping method.  In some instances we may need additional information or a Fax, you will be notified by email if this is needed.
